Banjo on Paterson
(minimum 2 Nights)
About This Listing
Fresh, bright and comfy Banjo is a 3 minute drive to the centre of town ... or a leisurely half hour walk. Maybe a bit longer if you stop at the excellent Quarry Hill Cafe and Larder on the way.
Across the road from bush trails you can head off on foot or mountain bike. Search the Great Dividing Trail and the Goldfields Track.
Pet friendly and fully fenced Banjo sleeps 8 comfortably. Nine if you have a bubba in the nursery
The fab outdoor covered area is the perfect setup for entertaining. The house is bright and airy with lovely gardens front and back. It's cottage like exterior opens up to a modern generous interior.
There are three bedrooms and all linen is supplied. One has a queen bed and ensuite, the second a queen bed and the third cavernous bedroom fits a queen bed, sofa bed and a single bed (pile all the kids in here!!). A fourth small room is set up with a cot ... complete with linen and blankets.
The roomy lounge offers comfy couches and a big TV ... the perfect setup for movies or cosying up with a book (there's a fair few on the shelves if you've not bought your own).
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area and this leads into the well kitted out kitchen. There's plenty of bench space and a generous central island bench to perch at with your coffee .... a fab Franke coffee machine will keep you well caffeinated.
The kitchen looks out to a fabulous covered outdoor area that has a dining setting, TV, fireplace, bbq, ceiling fans for summer and more comfy lounges. The perfect setup for entertaining or just staying in quietly and kicking back. Footy in front of the fire in winter is pretty good.
The back yard lawn area is great for the kids or pooch to roll around on and the whole block is securely fenced. A side gate allows the kids and doggers to be contained in the back area.
The house is pet friendly and the fencing sound. Dogs are welcome inside and we offer bowls and bedding should you need it. And if your doggie is a couch dweller we ask you use the clean cover sheets we supply to reduce furniture fur. Dogs are welcome into bedrooms at night though it'd be great if they slept in the one room. There's lots of great walking trails on the doorstep and a good dam for summer swims a short walk away.
And finally ... there's loads of parking, great cafes close by, wineries with dining and function facilties not far and nice neighbours.perty to users.
